Advanced payment for customised orders
Advanced payment for customised orders is not a subject to be refunded if the client changed their mind or failed to pay the rest of the amount in the agreed time upon the completion of the work.

Dispatch items back within 7 business days of delivery.

Conditions of returns details
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the item(s) within 7 business days after you receive the item(s) for a complete refund (postage not refundable). All items must be returned in new and unused condition in original packaging to receive full refund. A refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receiving the item(s) undamaged in its original state. Please pack the item(s) carefully.
Please contact me before you return the item(s) for a return shipping address within 3 business days of delivery and send item back within 7 business days of delivery with tracking number.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the sender.
